Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we've made our return process as straightforward as possible.

Return Timeline

  • Contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order
  • Return items within 14 days from the date you received your order

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition (underwear and other intimate apparel must be unopened). NOEXT will only accept returns if:

  • Labels and original tags are intact
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and without modifications
  • Original packaging is included

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transport back to our warehouse.

Refund Details

  • Full refund issued for eligible returns (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Refunds processed to original payment method only
  • Allow 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Email notification sent once refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items

Underwear & Intimate Apparel: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened underwear (including all men's boxers, briefs, and trunks). If opened underwear is returned, we cannot issue a refund or return the item to you.

Sale Items: All SALE items purchased at reduced prices are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Undelivered or Refused Packages

If a package is not received or refused by the recipient:

  • The carrier will attempt redelivery
  • If redelivery cannot be arranged before the carrier's cut-off date, the package may be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities
  • No refunds will be issued for unreceived or refused packages
  • If we retrieve the package, all return costs will be deducted from your refund

Return Shipping

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels
  • You may choose your preferred carrier
  • All taxes, fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Contact your local customs office directly for refunds on applicable fees
