SHIPPING DETAILS

NOEXIT is committed to dispatching orders quickly and efficiently.
Orders ship within 24-48 hours or order placement, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
In the unlikely event an item on your order is out of stock you will be notified immediately by email.
* During high volume promotions orders may take 3-4 business days for processing.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Transit times vary based on your location.

• If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service. 

• In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund.

• NOEXIT is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to international courier mishaps.  

• Please note that during and directly after sale periods, there may be slight delays in order processing due to high volumes of orders. We thank you for your patience.

Please note timings are approximate. Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number (if tracking numbers are provided by your service) so you can monitor your parcel's progress via the internet if your country’s mail service offers an international tracking system.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve made our return process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

• If you want to return your order you need to contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order and the items need to be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.
You must return the item(s) in unused and undamaged condition, NOEXT will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are intact. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any item(s) during transport back to the NOEXT office. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return costs. 

• We accept returns of new products with original tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and without any modifications for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging.

• For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept to exchange / return of opened underwear. Underwear includes all men's boxers, briefs, and trunks, etc. If a opened Underwear is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.

• Price reduced SALE items purchased in the context of sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• If a package is not received or is refused by the recipient, the carrier will attempt redelivery. However, if neither the carrier nor our team can arrange redelivery before the carrier’s cut-off date, the package may be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in the recipient's country. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for unreceived or refused packages. If our team is able to retrieve the package, all return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Exchanges / refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

• Once we receive and check your returned items, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund process to be completed. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, we will notify you via email.

• We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may choose the carrier of your preference for the return shipment. Please note that all taxes, fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, you may contact your local customs office directly to request a refund for any applicable fees.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

Step1.
Fill out the return form and contact us  to get the return address. 

Step2. 
Place all unwanted items in the box.
 
Step3.
Put the retun form in the box together with items that you return.

Step4.
Attach the shipping label to the box.

Step5.
Send the return package to us using the carrier of your choice.

Step6.
Please remember to provide us with the tracking number for your return package. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.
